NDBEDP Centralized Database User Help
Overview
The National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP) enables reimbursements for services and equipment provided to deaf-blind individuals. NDBEDP is a program mandated by Section 105 of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) and it provides funding of up to $10 million for the distribution of communications equipment to low-income individuals who are deaf-blind.
The NDBEDP Centralized Database is a web-based application that enables certified entities in the program to submit claim reimbursement data and generate required semi-annual reports based on the aggregated claims reimbursement data.
