Entities

Entities may only be accessed by the FCC Administrator and the Reimbursement Manager.

An Entity is an organization that has been certified to administer the NDBEDP program for a specific state. Some Entities may be associated with more than one state. Each state can only have one active Entity managing its program at any time. Entities are certified by the FCC Administrator. The Reimbursement Manager will set up entities upon certification from the FCC. Only the Reimbursement Manager has permission to perform these functions.
