High-level process flow

Regardless of the input method used for submitting claims, some information about your organization and its preferences must be entered through the user interface. This includes updates of your organization’s yearly information.

While you may update much of the data in any order, it is recommended that you follow the order below:

  2. Assessments

  3. Equipment, including Distributed and Demo Equipment

  4. Shipping and Tax

  5. Installation and Training

  6. Maintenance and Repair

  7. Upgrades

  8. Travel

  9. Outreach

  10. Administrative Costs

  11. Reimbursement Claims

  12. Semi-Annual Report
