User Accounts

Each user is provided with their own NDBEDP CD user account in order to be able to access the application. Once logged into the application, a circle containing the user’s initials is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen. The user can access the My Account page by clicking on this circle. The My Account gives the user the ability to view basic user information and roles assigned to them, change their password, add or delete notifications, switch State Program (if applicable), or sign out.

Edit Basic Information

  1. Navigate to the small black circle containing your initials in the upper right of your screen.

  2. Select My Account.

  3. Select Basic Info.

  4. Select Edit Account.

  5. Modify the information about your account.

  6. Select Save name.

Change Password

  1. Navigate to the small black circle containing your initials in the upper right of your screen.

  2. Select My Account.

  3. Select Security.

  4. Select Change Password.

  5. Select the Security tab.

  6. Enter your current password.

  7. Enter your new password. Your new password must:

    • Contain at least 14 characters

    • Contain at least 1 lowercase letter

    • Contain at least1 uppercase letter

    • Contain at least 1 digit

    • Contain at least 1 special character Your password may contain emojis , spaces, or other special characters.

  8. Repeat your new password.

  9. Select Change Password. You will receive an email from authtest@mgmailtest.rolkaloube.com with the subject Rolka Loube password changed.

Subscribe to Notifications

For more information on notifications, see Notifications. Notifications for other users can only be managed by the Entity Administrator.

  1. Navigate to the small black circle containing your initials in the upper right of your screen.

  2. Select My Account.

  3. Select Notifications.

  4. Select + New

  5. Select the notification you would like to receive from the drop-down box.

  6. Select the entity you for which you would like to receive the notification from the drop-down box.

  7. Check to make sure the e-mail address is correct.

8. Select Save.

Unsubscribe from Notifications

  1. Navigate to the small black circle containing your initials in the upper right of your screen.

  3. Select Notifications.

  4. Select Delete next to the notification from which you want to unsubscribe.

  5. Select Yes at the delete notification pop-up.

Sign Out

  1. Navigate to the small black circle containing your initials in the upper right of your screen.

  2. Select Sign Out.

  3. Select Yes, sign me out. You are now signed out of the NDBEDP Centralized Database.
