Model Changes
Report system has been replaced with a more efficient system for all embedded and generated reports.
Combined PDF is now generated as a separate process to make reimbursement claims more efficient. An email is sent with a link to the document once it has been created.
Automatic email system has been replaced with a more efficient system for all emails that are generated.
New filters added in API only:
allocation- status filter
entitystate- state name and entity name filters
notification- notificationType, emailto, and entityName filters
reimbursementClaim- expense start and end date filters
training- TrainTheTrainer flag filter
Known Issues
Issue Title | Behavior | Workaround |
Adding an attestor | When trying to add an attestor to the consumer, the original window closes, and all of the information is lost from your original entry. | There is no workaround. You may start to add a dummy consumer record, in order to add the attestor without saving the record. Then add the real consumer with the new attestor. |
Adding a technician | When trying to add a new technician through any other section other than under technicians or at attestor to the consumer, the original window closes, and all of the information is lost from your original entry. | Technician should be added first under Program > Technician and then selecting the technician you added in the drop-down menu of the other sections. |
Drag and drop uploads | When using the drag and drop feature the database does not recognize that there is a file there and prompts you to use the upload a file option instead. | Use the Upload a file option |
