Updated Features

In this version of the NDBEDP Centralized Database, we have made the following updates:

  • Included date of most recent status change in Updated On column in the Reimbursement Claims table

  • Once reimbursement claims have been approved, warning banners will no longer appear

  • A visual indicator (red dot) now notifies users when there are notes on a file (screen readers will read the number of notes present)

  • Included a new Attachments column in the line items on the Reimbursement Details page

Bug Fixes

In this version of the NDBEDP Centralized Database, we have included the following bug fixes:

  • Consumer Transfers are now displayed for entity administrators

  • Warning banner now appears when claim is first opened, if over administration cap

  • Reassigning a line item between claims no longer causes an error

  • Consumer Details now shows current and updated information for entity administrators

  • The most recent Allocations appear on all reports

Capacity Overload

When overloaded, the system displays the message “Capacity Overload: Your premium capacity is overloaded, expect temporary delays” This may happen when loading or viewing a report.

Wait 15-20 seconds until the issue resolves.
