Changes to the Reimbursement Costs Page 2/1/2023

1. The associated costs button has been removed. Instead, you must select the expand icon to see associated costs.

2. There is now an attachment counter field on both line items and sub items.

3. Travel and Shipping and Tax both now have a consumer field.
