Even if you are not going to be using the system right away, we recommend that you log into the system and create your account now.
If you are having trouble accessing your account, in order for security for refresh, you will need to log in and log out of the provider. See How to Log Out and Log In to the Authentication Provider for more help. In addition, the links that were sent out with your username and password will expire within one week. If your link has expired, please contact us to get the issue resolved.
