Reports

The Centralized Database produces many different types of reports to assist users including audit reports, embedded reports, and the Semi- Annual Report (SAR). Audit Reports are required to be provided to the FCC by each entity on an annual basis and can be uploaded and accepted using the Centralized Database. Embedded reports are a quick way for users to access the Printable Reimbursement Claims, and the SAR each certified entity needs to submit to the FCC every six months.
