Printable Attestation Statement: Error in Year Printout Changing

When you access the Printable Attestation Statement/ Printable Reimbursement Claim it will show the year as 2022-2023. However, this will soon be changed in the system to correctly reflect this year 2023-2024. This form can be printed out or electronically signed.
