NDBEDP Reports

There are many reports in the NDBEDP database that you may not know about but find useful to access. Below is a list of each report and more information about it.

Reports available from the navigation panel:

• Audit Reports- required to be provided to the FCC by each entity on an annual basis.

• Semi-Annual Report (SAR)-a report that each certified entity needs to submit to the FCC every six months. It reports on reimbursement activities for the prior six months and can be created once all cost reimbursements have been reviewed.

Reports available under the attachments tab of a Reimbursement Claim:

• Payment Details Report - outlines all of the payment details for a reimbursement claim and can be downloaded and printed.

• Payment Recommendations Report - outlines all of the payment details and recommendations for a reimbursement claim and can be downloaded and printed.

Reports available under Embedded Reports:

• Printable Reimbursement Claim - a version of the reimbursement claim that can be downloaded and printed.

• Reimbursement Claim Line Items- lists all of the line items for a reimbursement claim with one line per service type and can be downloaded and printed.

• Reimbursement Claim Sub Items - lists all of the sub items for a reimbursement claim with an individual cost per line and can be downloaded and printed.

Reports available on the Rolka Loube website:

• Program Year Summary- can be downloaded weekly from the Rolka Loube website.

Tip: To check your claim, export the Sub Items Report to Excel. Then arrange the columns by date or category and use the spreadsheet as a check-off list as you go through your costs and documents.
