Administrative costs are the expenses needed to manage and operate the NDBEDP rather than provide direct services to consumers. These reimbursable costs include program management, accounting, audits, reporting, scheduling, database fees, developing internal program documents, interpreter services for administrative activities, office and facility expenses, inventory management, and office supplies. The FCC limits reimbursement for administrative costs to 15% of each certified program's annual allocation so that most program funding is available for equipment and related services for eligible consumers.
Eligible Expenses for Administrative Costs can be found in the NDBEDP Filing Instructions or Eligible Expenses for the Centralized Database.
