The FCC Administrator, Reimbursement Manager, and Entity Administrator each have different responsibilities within the NDBEDP Centralized Database. The FCC Administrator manages the overall Program Year budget and state allocations and works with the Reimbursement Manager on funding reallocations. The Reimbursement Manager helps manage Program Year setup, filing frequencies, allocations, reallocations, and the initial setup of certified entities and contacts. The Entity Administrator focuses on their own organization by keeping contacts current and managing notification preferences for entity users. Together, these roles help keep annual program funding and entity information accurate and up to date.
