Filing Frequency may only be accessed by Entity Administrators, the FCC Administrator, and the Reimbursement Manager.
Filing Frequency determines how often a Certified Entity submits reimbursement claims to the Centralized Database (Monthly, Quarterly, or Semi-Annual). An Entity Administrator may request a change to the filing frequency at the beginning of a new program year; however, the request must be approved by the FCC Administrator or Reimbursement Manager before it takes effect. If no change is approved, the filing frequency carries over from the previous program year.
