Contacts are the people who help administer the program for an entity. While the entity is the organization that submits reimbursement claims, contacts are the individuals who carry out program activities, receive notifications, and serve as points of contact for the FCC and program administration. Each entity has one or more contacts. Contact information should be kept up to date as staff join or leave the organization or move into different roles.
