Reset Password
If you forgot your password and need to reset it, use the following steps.
Open your web browser and navigate to https://auth.rolkaloube.com.

Rolka Loube Authenticator Sign-in Page
Select Forgot Password. The Reset Password page appears.

Reset Password
Enter your email address in the Email field.
Select Send password reset email. You will receive a confirmation message that an email has been sent.
The reset password link will only be valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, repeat steps 1-4 above.

Rolka Loube Password Reset Email
Open the email from auth@auth.rolkaloube.com with the subject, Rolka Loube password reset.
Select the link in the email. The Rolka Loube Reset Password page appears.
Enter a new password that meets the password requirements in the New password field.
The password must meet the following requirements:
Be at least 14 characters
Contain at least 1 lowercase letter
Contain at least 1 uppercase letter
Contain at least 1 digit
Contain at least 1 special character
Note: Your password may contain spaces, emoji, or other special characters.
Re-enter your password in the Repeat password field exactly as it was entered above. The password must match that in the New Password field.
Select Reset password. You will receive a confirmation email with the subject, Rolka Loube password changed.
