Allocations may only be accessed by the FCC Administrator and the Reimbursement Manager.
Allocations are the yearly funding amounts the FCC provides to each NDBEDP-certified entity to reimburse the cost of equipment and approved services for eligible individuals who are deaf-blind. Each program year, the FCC sets aside funding for National Outreach and the Centralized Database, then distributes the remaining funds to states and territories using a formula based on a base amount and population.
