Reject a Consumer Transfer

Use the following steps to reject a Consumer Transfer.

Log in to the NDBEDP Centralized Database. The NDBEDP Centralized Database Home page appears.

Select Services from the navigation panel.
Select Consumer from the drop-down menu.

Select the Transfer tab.

Select the three dots next to the Consumer whose transfer you want to reject.
Select Reject. The Reject Consumer Transfer pop-up window appears.

Select Reject. The message Successfully Saved! appears in green.
