Training helps consumers get the most out of the equipment they receive. After the equipment is installed, consumers receive one-on-one training to learn how to use their devices, accessibility features, and telecommunications, Internet, and advanced communication services on their own. Since everyone who is deaf-blind has different communication preferences, technology experience, and learning styles, the training is personalized to fit each person's needs and the equipment recommended during the assessment.
