Enable an Account

This function requires the manage_users role.

Use the following steps to reinstate access for a user whose account was previously disabled. This action restores the user’s ability to log in and interact with the system according to their assigned permissions.

  1. Sign in to the Rolka Loube Authenticator.

  1. Select Manage Tenant from the navigation panel on the left. The Select Tenant page appears.

  1. Select Users next to your assigned tenant. The Manage Users page appears.

  1. Select Enable next to the account you want to enable.
