Overview

Version 2.0.0 represents a rewrite of the UI codebase for the NDBEDP Centralized Database. The update improves usability, streamlines common activities, and provides a more consistent experience across the application

UI Changes

  • Added Time as a column to most service list pages

  • Added Created by and Created time to most service details pages

  • Added End date filter for Reimbursement Claims

  • Removed Assign Customer button from equipment listing

  • Increased attachment list to ten instead of five for default

  • Added Claim name, State program, Filing Date to reimbursement submit

  • Reduced size of State Program name in lists

  • Moved new action button to front of record in list

  • Added Dark mode option

  • Added Status to all service list pages

  • Added the ability when editing a consumer, to save after step 1

  • Added cursor finger for hovering over links on reimbursement page

  • Added navigation bar to travel

  • Ordered list of jobs in travel section in date order

  • Clarified email on rejection to express where notes can be found

  • Added captioned phone as drop-down option in function

  • Ordered lines added to reimbursement claim in chronological order

  • Added calculation to Mass costs that takes a total number and divides it evenly between items based on the number of hours

  • Added the ability to add travel directly to any service record from the main action button

  • Added the ability to quick add Installation, Training, or Travel to an equipment record from the main action button

  • Added the ability to create Technicians from the Program entry in the navigation bar

  • Added the ability to create Attestors from the Administration entry in the navigation bar

  • Added the ability to download a SAR as an Excel or PDF directly from the main action button

  • Corrected the bug causing the Training page to crash

  • Corrected the bug causing drag and drop feature not to work with file uploads

API Changes

  • Consumer cannot be transferred if it is in a merged state

  • Mass Costs sorts by Date Performed

  • Corrected bug in Consumer Conflict email

  • A program year that has been locked is not available as a selection for reimbursement claims
